Right away Josh made me feel welcome and at ease when he showed my husband and I our new home that we purchased. He was very easy going and dressed professionally. He was not “salesy” at all! Josh gave us space to look around the home and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Josh if you are looking to buy a home because he does make you feel very comfortable and has that “no pressure” type of vibe which I liked!

Josh helped us search for homes in the Huntington Beach area and I could not have been happier with his personalized service! He offers tremendous market knowledge and even shared a few opportunities (through his deep network) that weren't yet on the market. I also appreciated that he was honest in his assessment of 'market value' for individual homes, which helped us avoid overpaying for homes we might have otherwise found attractive. Josh and Sophia were amazing! They were responsible for selling our place and finding our new home and they excelled at both. Josh was great with practical advice, and we are confident that his experience and negotiation skills helped us get the best price for our old home and land the deal for our new home. Sophia was also very responsive and helpful the entire time. It was a very pleasant, smooth, and rewarding experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

We met Josh at an open house, we did not have a realtor yet.We were just looking on our own, as we do not like the pressure of realtors, as I usually say I feel like they can be like a Car salesman. He was so casual, honest, and easy going, leaving a great impression. We had been looking in Huntington Beach for a few months, and had a specific area that we wanted, and with the limited inventory we knew it would be difficult. We had actually bid on a home, and there were multiple offers, which made the home out of our price range. We knew that we would have to have a pocket listing, so we would have a better chance to get it and not have to worry about losing a home again to a bidding war. Josh grew up here, works, and raised his family here, so he knew the area, and was able to guide us on what we were looking for. We had a short window based on the sale of our house, in addition to trying to enroll our kids in school. Well Josh took it upon himself to do some research of homes that had been listed but didn't sale. He went "door knocking" as they say, and got the attention of one owner. That owner called him and that was it, we were on our way to buying our new home. We lived out of town, and he scheduled and handled all of the important things, appraisal, inspection, plumbers, etc. When you have Josh, you have him, and his team. It is so comforting to know you have so much expert advice and help. We highly recommend Josh. It was a great experience and we are so blessed to be in our dream home. If you are looking for a realtor, Josh Mohr is who you should use.

We asked the Mohr Team to sell our home and help find us a new home for our growing family. We were hesitant to go through the process of listing our home and holding open houses as we have young children and didn't think we had the time and energy to keep the house presentable to show. Josh remained extremely patient and reassured us that he would make the process as easy as possible. Not only did he make the sale of our home as painless as possible, he quickly found an off market listing that couldn't have been more perfect for what we were looking for. He sold our condo in Huntington and found us our dream home also in Huntington. He managed to make it so that we could sell our condo and buy our house without having to move anywhere else in between. It was seamless. Sold our condo and closed on our dream house within a week of each other. In this seller’s market the only thing that will give you an edge above all other buyers is Josh.

We don’t have enough good things to say about Josh and his team. The process of selling your home can be extremely lengthy and stressful. Josh was able to help us with the best offer possible on the sale of our home. He coordinated the timing perfectly with the move in date on our new home.
